She treats us all like we’re her family,” said Trina about Tane’ her friend and fellow Teammate. Tane’ has been called a shining light among Our Teammates in Clarksville, IN. She is known as someone who can be relied upon to brighten the day and offer support in times of need. “I know that if I’m having a rough day and I’m working with her, I’m going to leave having had a good day because she’s going to make a difference in my day,” Trina added. [view our servant heart videos](https://mission-bbq.com/servants-heart/) ## Stories of Service Following his 1915 graduation from medical school, Dr. Frank Boston joined the US Army and served during World War I with the Army Medical Corps. While with the 92nd Division, he worked as a field surgeon during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive, the largest battle of WWI, treating soldiers injured in the battle but also treating soldiers sickened by the global Spanish Flu pandemic. Dr. Boston returned to the US after the war, resumed his duties at Mercy Hospital in Philadelphia and started an ambulance corps, pioneering the EMS field. Dr. Boston battled racism at home and within the military, he battled the enemy and the Spanish Flu during WWI and he returned home to continue his life of service.
