The meaning of life… yes, it is a big topic. But it’s one that has been lingering in my mind. While complex, it is important to address, since it can make-or-break you’re well-being and daily thoughts. Psychologists break individuals’ happiness into 3 components: 1. Enjoyment 2. Satisfaction 3. Meaning The meaning in your life will influence how happy you are in innumerable ways. However, the “meaning of life” is too complex to tackle head-on. It can be interpreted in different ways. We must define the problem before trying to solve it. First, we must ask, ### “What is the meaning of the meaning of life?” Dr. Arthur Brooks is a professor at the Harvard Business School, teaching classes about meaning and happiness. He has written numerous best-selling books about these deep life topics, tying together psychology research and philosophical inquires (and even wrote a book with Oprah Winfrey!).
