Drink it mid-day for a little boost and then at night we pour a shot of some of our favorite alcohol for a little tasty drink.  \nI don’t drink instant coffee but I do keep a jar for adding to some brownie and other chocolate recipes. I’m glad I had this on hand because when I saw this on Tik Tok I knew I had to try it!\nMaking these little Whipped Coffee’s for yourself will make you feel like your a experienced Barista! You can make these for family and friends and make yourself some money on the side lol. These are so indulgent.\nYou want to make it a bit fancier on the weekends? try adding some shaved chocolate on top. Or make it flavored! Make a hazelnut, vanilla bean, chocolate mocha coffee. You can even make a delicious whipped coffee hot chocolate and really take it over the top. The sky’s the limit with this whipped coffee!\nWhat is this whipped coffee all about you ask?\nWell it’s an opposite-latte. Where whipped coffee is served by spooning an aerated (whipped), creamy coffee mixture over milk and then stirring it all together. You can serve it hot or cold. With or without alcohol even. Yes I know this is very exciting for some lol. It makes for a super tasty adult beverage. \nCan I mix this by hand? \nI use a stand mixer or a hand mixer. You can whisk it but it will take you a good 10-13 minutes to get the right consistency. That’s an awful lot of whipping if you ask me!   \nHow do you make whipped coffee?\nInstant coffee\nSugar\nHot water\nMilk\nWhip milk with whisk attachment until frothy, pour into pitcher and set aside.\nAdd instant coffee, hot water, and sugar, whip until frothy.\nAdd milk to coffee cup and spoon whipped coffee on top. \nStir it all together until smooth and drink!\nPIN IT!!\nWhat kind of cocktails can I make with my Dalgona Coffee?\nI would say anything you think goes with coffee would be good. We love Bailey’s or perhaps a chocolate coffee martini. Vodka would go good with this and even the addition of some coffee liquor.  So what kind of whipped coffee will you be making? A cold one or a hot one? Either way I think your going to really like this coffee. It is as delicious as any coffee drink you can get at a coffee shop\! ![Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee)](https://mariasmixingbowl.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/MG_3290-2-4.jpg) Whipped Coffee (AKA Dalgona Coffee) seems to be the new rage these days. And rightfully so. It is amazingly delicious, easy to make and so addictive. Whipped Coffee has become the official beverage of quarantine. Dalgona coffee recipes and videos have been popping up all over the internet and Tik Tok for the last month, and for good reason! This coffee is crazy good!\! It’s the coffee drink we can’t stop talking about or stop drinking! We drink it in the morning for a wake me up. Drink it mid-day for a little boost and then at night we pour a shot of some of our favorite alcohol for a little tasty drink. ![Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee)](https://mariasmixingbowl.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/MG_3290-2-5.jpg) I don’t drink instant coffee but I do keep a jar for adding to some brownie and other chocolate recipes. I’m glad I had this on hand because when I saw this on Tik Tok I knew I had to try it\! Making these little Whipped Coffee’s for yourself will make you feel like your a experienced Barista! You can make these for family and friends and make yourself some money on the side lol. Or make it flavored! Make a hazelnut, vanilla bean, chocolate mocha coffee. You can even make a delicious whipped coffee hot chocolate and really take it over the top. The sky’s the limit with this whipped coffee\! ## What is this whipped coffee all about you ask? Well it’s an opposite-latte. Where whipped coffee is served by spooning an aerated (whipped), creamy coffee mixture over milk and then stirring it all together. You can serve it hot or cold. With or without alcohol even. Yes I know this is very exciting for some lol. You can whisk it but it will take you a good 10-13 minutes to get the right consistency. Whip milk with whisk attachment until frothy, pour into pitcher and set aside. 2. Add instant coffee, hot water, and sugar, whip until frothy. 3. Add milk to coffee cup and spoon whipped coffee on top. 4. I would say anything you think goes with coffee would be good. We love Bailey’s or perhaps a chocolate coffee martini. Vodka would go good with this and even the addition of some coffee liquor. So what kind of whipped coffee will you be making? A cold one or a hot one? Either way I think your going to really like this coffee.
