The place has its own charm... But I think 1.3k psf is still high... I thot 1.2k psf is more reasonable, something like Jovell... If Treasure at Tampines can sell out, I'd reckon this can sell out too... There was another place at East Coast, was it Laguna Park or something, i think even if they make it for mass market condo, it can sell out too... but I think it was halted. #86 The place has its own charm... Sounds like got a good pool of tenants. But then again the development is so huge, there may be a lot of internal competition. What do y’all think? #90 Wouldn't touch it. Terrible developer. #91 After being slapped with so many restrictions and punishments, if kingsford still dare give a substandard product, they are finished in Singapore already.
