The company came out with earnings.\n\n00:18  John Highland\n\nThey're actually solid results, but they're weighing just with the overall AI trade on the major average.\n\n00:23  John Highland\n\nYou're seeing the Dow, Nasdaq and the S\\&P 500 all in the red.\n\n00:26  John Highland\n\nNvidia is down about 4%. I'm John Highland. 00:05 John Highland We're about halfway into the trading day, so let's get a check on the major averages. 00:08 John Highland because we're seeing stocks take a bit of a leg lower, and the reason why is Nvidia. 00:11 John Highland If you look under the hood of the S\&P 500, you'd actually see that more than 300 stocks are in positive territory. 00:16 John Highland It's Nvidia that's weighing on the major averages. The company came out with earnings. 00:18 John Highland They're actually solid results, but they're weighing just with the overall AI trade on the major average. 00:23 John Highland You're seeing the Dow, Nasdaq and the S\&P 500 all in the red. 00:26 John Highland Nvidia is down about 4%. I'm John Highland. 00:05 John Highland We're about halfway into the trading day, so let's get a check on the major averages. 00:08 John Highland because we're seeing stocks take a bit of a leg lower, and the reason why is Nvidia. 00:11 John Highland If you look under the hood of the S\&P 500, you'd actually see that more than 300 stocks are in positive territory. 00:16 John Highland It's Nvidia that's weighing on the major averages. The company came out with earnings. 00:18 John Highland They're actually solid results, but they're weighing just with the overall AI trade on the major average. 00:23 John Highland You're seeing the Dow, Nasdaq and the S\&P 500 all in the red. 00:26 John Highland Nvidia is down about 4%. It was a little changed after the results, but investors are still trying to digest exactly what to do with the AI trade and the disruptive impacts on it. 00:33 John Highland You're looking at Salesforce now in positive territory. 00:36 John Highland I also want to look at mortgage rates. 00:38 John Highland The US uh 30-year mortgage rate has fallen below 6% for the first time since 2022. 00:43 John Highland Investors are hoping maybe that will help revive some of the home builders. 00:46 John Highland And then a quick look at safe havens, you're seeing treasuries uh move to the downside as investors monitor the latest between the US and Iran on nuclear talks. 00:52 John Highland And that's your Yahoo Finance market minute.
