Envision Wealth Planning's has officed here for a couple of years. The value is amazing. The accessibility to public transportation is unmatched. Our current manager, Nadya has stepped up efforts to increase the camaraderie between the multiple companies that reside here. Residents enjoy thoughtful shares of snacks and parties. I can add that officing here has added to the list of my friends too!

Just a spectacular space—and everything you want in a coworking venue. It has a great mix of common-area amenities (coffee, snacks, seating, etc.) and private spaces that are well-insulated from general noise. My team and I spent about 10 hours here for a summit meeting and enjoyed every minute of it. Would absolutely recommend to other small teams.
Nadya was a great host. Showed me everything here and was well articulated and super in depth with everything. I appreciate her kindness while showing me around. Highly recommend visiting if you need a space to work. Definitely ask for Nadya, as she can help you amazingly well!

This office is a great way to focus and get work done. The open kitchen to prepare your food and drinks, to the call booths that give you a quiet space to take meetings and calls. I have also had a great experience with Carley who is the manager of the building, great conversations as well as capable and willing to help with whatever you need in office. There are tons of office rooms as well where you could have your own space for your own buisness. I highly recommend here if you are thinking of having your own office space.
Great space that has a variety of private offices, co-working spaces, individual desks, conference rooms, and phone rooms. Conveniently located super close to public transport. The manager Carley was extremely helpful in helping with reservations, building entry, figuring out how the coffee machine works, etc.!
This is a wonderful coworking space! It is well designed, very modern and clean, and great amenities like a Dollop espresso machine. The common areas are comfortable, and my day pass booking gave me a private office which was an unexpected delight! The community manager Gil More was friendly, professional, and helpful.
Needed a place to work for a day while visiting and I can’t recommend it more. Super convenient location, Gil was extremely helpful with my questions and made sure I had everything I need. Working in sales I need a strong phone and video bandwidth and it had both. Great place for a quick visit or a long term stay.

I’m spending the week visiting Chicago to see clients and I’m thrilled that I chose expansive at 100 S State St. Gil More has made my remote work very easy. Even though its an office that I’ve never been to, he made it feel as comfortable as possible. This is the only coworking space I want to visit in Chicago. Fantastic experience.
I love our space at Expansive! We have made our office super homey and the space is always clean when we come in every day. The maintenance and community manager, Gil, are fantastic! Gil goes above and beyond and is super active and efficient. He is always on call and puts his clients needs and cares first. We appreciate everything he does for us.
Gilmore is our property manager at 100 S State street. He takes care of us as if we are family and close friends. The ultimate den “mother”!! He greets us every day with a smile and enthusiasm. He is always there to answer questions or help us if needed - even for the smallest of tasks. He provides small thoughtful “events” such as cards for mothers and Father’s Day ; most recently a little gift bag for Independence Day; posts events in the loop that may interest us. He truly makes it much easier and more enjoyable to come and spend time at the office.

Envision Wealth Planning's has officed here for a couple of years. The value is amazing. The accessibility to public transportation is unmatched. Our current manager, Nadya has stepped up efforts to increase the camaraderie between the multiple companies that reside here. Residents enjoy thoughtful shares of snacks and parties. Just a spectacular space—and everything you want in a coworking venue. It has a great mix of common-area amenities (coffee, snacks, seating, etc.) and private spaces that are well-insulated from general noise. My team and I spent about 10 hours here for a summit meeting and enjoyed every minute of it. Would absolutely recommend to other small teams.

This office is a great way to focus and get work done. The open kitchen to prepare your food and drinks, to the call booths that give you a quiet space to take meetings and calls. I have also had a great experience with Carley who is the manager of the building, great conversations as well as capable and willing to help with whatever you need in office. There are tons of office rooms as well where you could have your own space for your own buisness. I highly recommend here if you are thinking of having your own office space.
Great space that has a variety of private offices, co-working spaces, individual desks, conference rooms, and phone rooms. Conveniently located super close to public transport. The manager Carley was extremely helpful in helping with reservations, building entry, figuring out how the coffee machine works, etc.\!
This is a wonderful coworking space! It is well designed, very modern and clean, and great amenities like a Dollop espresso machine. The common areas are comfortable, and my day pass booking gave me a private office which was an unexpected delight! The community manager Gil More was friendly, professional, and helpful.
Needed a place to work for a day while visiting and I can’t recommend it more. Super convenient location, Gil was extremely helpful with my questions and made sure I had everything I need. Working in sales I need a strong phone and video bandwidth and it had both. Great place for a quick visit or a long term stay.

The community manager, Gil, is amazing and the warm welcome one receives on arriving sets the tone for the rest of the day. Dollop coffee in the kitchen and the comfy digs make for a very productive day of work.
I’m spending the week visiting Chicago to see clients and I’m thrilled that I chose expansive at 100 S State St. Gil More has made my remote work very easy. Even though its an office that I’ve never been to, he made it feel as comfortable as possible. This is the only coworking space I want to visit in Chicago. Fantastic experience.
I love our space at Expansive! We have made our office super homey and the space is always clean when we come in every day. The maintenance and community manager, Gil, are fantastic! Gil goes above and beyond and is super active and efficient. He is always on call and puts his clients needs and cares first. We appreciate everything he does for us.
Gilmore is our property manager at 100 S State street. He takes care of us as if we are family and close friends. The ultimate den “mother”!! He greets us every day with a smile and enthusiasm. He is always there to answer questions or help us if needed - even for the smallest of tasks. He provides small thoughtful “events” such as cards for mothers and Father’s Day ; most recently a little gift bag for Independence Day; posts events in the loop that may interest us. He truly makes it much easier and more enjoyable to come and spend time at the office.
