**Barron William Trump** (born March 20, 2006) is the fifth and youngest child of [Donald Trump](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump "Donald Trump"), the 45th and 47th [president of the United States](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/President_of_the_United_States "President of the United States"), and his only child with his third wife, [Melania Trump](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melania_Trump "Melania Trump"), which makes him a member of the [first family of the United States](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_family_of_the_United_States "First family of the United States"), the [Trump family](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_family "Trump family").
Born in [New York City](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_City "New York City"), Barron was an apolitical figure during his father's [first presidency](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_presidency_of_Donald_Trump "First presidency of Donald Trump"), attracting media attention despite his mother's attempts to distance him from politics.[\[1\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barron_Trump#cite_note-1) Trump demonstrated an interest in [soccer](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_football "Association football") during that time, signing for [D.C. United Academy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D.C._United_Academy "D.C. United Academy") as a midfielder.
After his father left the [White House](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_House "White House"), he moved to [Florida](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Florida "Florida") and graduated in 2024 from [Oxbridge Academy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxbridge_Academy_\(Florida\) "Oxbridge Academy (Florida)") in [West Palm Beach](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Palm_Beach,_Florida "West Palm Beach, Florida"). In July 2024, he co-founded a real estate company, which was dissolved after [his father was reelected](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_United_States_presidential_election "2024 United States presidential election") to a [second presidency](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_presidency_of_Donald_Trump "Second presidency of Donald Trump"). An increase in Republican votes by young men was credited to Barron's advice to his father's campaign about contacting podcasters and other online influencers.[\[2\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barron_Trump#cite_note-FinTimNDPS-2)[\[3\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barron_Trump#cite_note-TeleSteafel-3)
