Realizando por un lado un repaso sobre la evolución de la legislación que los regula, debido a los cambios sociales, y a las nuevas concepciones morales que han obligado a adecuar la ley a las necesidades actuales. Por otro lado, se analizan elementos objetivos y subjetivos de cada delito, en relación con la jurisprudencia con el fin de aclarar aspectos sobre los que la doctrina no aporta una solución única. Y por último se realiza un análisis y estudio de uno de los casos más mediáticos en este sentido.\n\nThis paper consist in make an study about two sexual crimes that puts sexual freedom and sexual indemnity at risk. Making, in first place a review on the evolution of the law about these crimes, in base of social change and new moral conceptions, hat have forced the law to adapt to current needs. On the other hand, we analyze objective and subjective elements of each sexual crimes, in relation to the jurisprudence with the purpose of explaining certain aspects that the doctrine don´t contribute an only solution.
