I plan on checking the testing hours at a few Pharmacies near the apartment I am staying at, since I will be getting tested on a Sunday for my return to the U.S.. I too wish to avoid CDG prior to my departure date. It shouldn’t be hard to find a test in Paris. We were recently in Costa Rica and had no problems, even in a smaller town. I would check to be sure that whatever you are considering offers a PCR test, if you truly need one (travelers to the States only need antigen; since you have mentioned Canada, I am sure you know the testing requirements for your country.). You can go to the Doctolib website (in French) to preschedule an appointment. PCR tests are €49 for foreigners.
