Boilerpipe Text	北京冬奥会引发国际社会高度关注，这与中国的国际影响力迅速提升息息相关。（漫画作者：中国日报美术部李旻）冬季奥运会往往没有夏季奥运会那么引人注目，北京2022年冬奥会却获得国际社会广泛关注。归根结底，新冠疫情之下，中国如期举办冬奥会，给国际社会注入信心和力量。首先，作为本届冬奥会的东道国，中国在近年来迅速发展，已经跃升为全球第二大经济体、第一大货物贸易国。这是本届冬奥会广受关注的重要原因之一。自2008年奥运会以来，中国的国际地位和影响力迅速提升。2008年，中国的GDP占全球总量的7.2%。如今，这一比例已经升至约18%。这十多年里，中国对全球经济增长的贡献率一直保持在30%左右。其次，本届冬奥会是在疫情之下如期举办的。当前，疫情仍在全球许多地方肆虐，传播力极强的奥密克戎变异株的出现更是雪上加霜。自疫情暴发以来，中国坚持以人为本、人民至上，在有力控制疫情的基础上推动经济稳步增长。中国在公共卫生和经济领域取得的成功，让一些西方国家面临改善医疗体系、促进经济增长的压力。因此，中国能否在举办冬奥会的同时控制疫情，对一些西方国家而言意味着能否转移视线、缓解自身压力。随着成千上万的外国运动员、教练和官员抵达中国参加冬奥会，全世界都在关注中国能否有效控制疫情。事实证明，中国在做好东道主和有力控制疫情方面实现了有效平衡。再者，本届冬奥会的高科技元素与碳中和承诺，都是近年来全球热点话题。美国全国广播公司芝加哥频道（NBC Chicago）报道称，走进冬奥会的用餐场所，有的机器人在做饭，有的在冲咖啡，看上去就像是科幻电影的场景。整个点餐过程十分方便，甚至比人工更高效。你只需扫一下二维码，就能在90秒内取到饮料。英国《自然》杂志刊文称，本届冬奥会创造了两个第一：一是北京成为唯一一个既举办过夏季奥运会又举办过冬季奥运会的城市，二是北京冬奥会承诺成为第一个实现碳中和的奥运会。改造并启用2008年奥运会场馆，使用可再生能源，采购以氢气、天然气、电能为燃料的车辆，都有助于减排。最后，2008年奥运会以无与伦比的辉煌吸引了全世界的目光。新冠疫情之下，国际社会迫切需要另一场壮观的奥运会来恢复信心。可以说，北京2022年冬奥会的举办恰逢其时。北京冬奥会的如期举办是一个奇迹，也是一大惊喜。它给国际社会注入信心和力量，这是对人类发展的巨大贡献。（编辑：严玉洁王辉周凤梅）【责任编辑：严玉洁】
