CETRAN operates a 1.8 hectare AV test centre, built by JTC Corporation to support the development and deployment of AV technology in Singapore. The facility is available for use as a testbed AV technology developers and is used directly by CETRAN for performing physical testing of AVs as part of the approval process for on-road trials. The test centre, built to the standards of Singapore’s public roads provides typical urban environment features including: Kerbs Asphalt and concrete carriageway surfaces Bus Stops & Bus Lane Two signal junctions with pedestrian crossings Gradient course Raised Zebra crossing Speed humps
