[Bitnomial](https://bitnomial.com/) is a U.S.-regulated crypto exchange and clearinghouse. It offers a vertically integrated solution for trading, clearing, and settlement. The company says it specializes in bitcoin and crypto derivatives, including physically delivered futures and options.
### Bitstamp
