| Boilerpipe Text | This system is for registration renewals of existing vehicles.  New vehicles, fleet vehicles, and apportioned vehicles may not be renewed online. 
Changes to the current vehicle license can not be made online.  Please contact the Motor Vehicle Division at (701) 328-2725 for assistance. 
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery of registration cards and decals upon renewal.
To access your vehicle record for renewal or address change, the following is required:
Registration card or renewal invoice available for reference
Online payment using credit or debit card
