The using of the credit card in other countries is a serious pain. I have to write and call several times to make it work. The last visit I did that and still it did not work. There should be an easier way to do this such a a travel alert you can add yourself to the web site advising them of travel. My US card is able to be used world wide with no phone calls or emails or postings. Once in a while they will deny a charge but immediately I get an email to verify the charge. I respond yes to that email and immediately the card works for that purchase. Maybe Sabadell can learn from how the US banks handle this situation for travelers. One of our shared logins stopped working several days before the theft and the bank could not tell us why. We were clearly hacked and someone was able to use an ATM without our debit cards.Sabadell was completely unhelpful. They took weeks to respond to us and kept sending us between different departments. After several months they said there was nothing they could do and that we should go to the police to retrieve the security camera footage from the atms. By that time there was nothing the police would do.The app has no option for multi-factor authentication and we were given no notice that there was a problem with the account, even though we had been notifying them something had been wrong.I recommend staying away from this bank altogether, but if you have to use them, don’t use the app if you can avoid it.
