But anyway your network is great\nIt’s got some good point, like immediate updates reflecting new credit and the UX is pretty good.So, the App Developers have done a good job, but...I can’t but think that the Pricing people at SingTel are having a laugh. For example who in your right mind would include a ridiculous game that1) if you catch your “good fish” you can win a whole 1MB of data! Wow. I just had to screenshot that one.2) if you catch a fish it may be “junk” - sad face, sad face.3) you catch a good fish and you get an extra go. Yay! Whoopee, except you don’t. Number of little fishing expeditions stays the same. More sad face.4) every now and again somebody has tipped some coffee into the pond of them poor fishies. Super speed mode activate.If somebody bothers engaging with your app at least try to make it worthwhileSo, that’s the game. Next is roaming credit. The workflow for this broken. You know it. Misleading at best with regard to activation logicOut of credit activation: This is probably a SingTel issue but for the love of all that is holy just make it that you can always get a 4G data connection to at least go thru the recharge\/top up process. Like any other major global telco.Lastly, it is a bit cheeky to order the usage of data credits the way it is. I just had to screenshot that one.2) if you catch a fish it may be “junk” - sad face, sad face.3) you catch a good fish and you get an extra go. Yay! Whoopee, except you don’t. Number of little fishing expeditions stays the same. More sad face.4) every now and again somebody has tipped some coffee into the pond of them poor fishies. Super speed mode activate.If somebody bothers engaging with your app at least try to make it worthwhileSo, that’s the game. Next is roaming credit. The workflow for this broken. You know it. Misleading at best with regard to activation logicOut of credit activation: This is probably a SingTel issue but for the love of all that is holy just make it that you can always get a 4G data connection to at least go thru the recharge\/top up process. Like any other major global telco.Lastly, it is a bit cheeky to order the usage of data credits the way it is. For example who in your right mind would include a ridiculous game that1) if you catch your “good fish” you can win a whole 1MB of data! Wow. I just had to screenshot that one.2) if you catch a fish it may be “junk” - sad face, sad face.3) you catch a good fish and you get an extra go. Yay! Whoopee, except you don’t. Number of little fishing expeditions stays the same. More sad face.4) every now and again somebody has tipped some coffee into the pond of them poor fishies. Super speed mode activate.If somebody bothers engaging with your app at least try to make it worthwhileSo, that’s the game. Next is roaming credit. The workflow for this broken. You know it. Misleading at best with regard to activation logicOut of credit activation: This is probably a SingTel issue but for the love of all that is holy just make it that you can always get a 4G data connection to at least go thru the recharge/top up process. Like any other major global telco.Lastly, it is a bit cheeky to order the usage of data credits the way it is. If I buy a 7 day multi gig credit and still have 3 days left on my ultimate plan I’d really prefer to use the data on the first one to expire without having to go thru my 7 day first.HmmmThat’s my two cents worth. We lived in a condo, so we had two wifi mesh to increase the speed and wifi strength, but the person who was in the next room had stolen my best router connecting to the old one. So asked the singtel whether there’s away of finding. But unfortunately I’m helpless. But anyway your network is great - It’s got some good point, like immediate updates reflecting new credit and the UX is pretty good.So, the App Developers have done a good job, but...I can’t but think that the Pricing people at SingTel are having a laugh. For example who in your right mind would include a ridiculous game that1) if you catch your “good fish” you can win a whole 1MB of data! Wow. I just had to screenshot that one.2) if you catch a fish it may be “junk” - sad face, sad face.3) you catch a good fish and you get an extra go. Yay! Whoopee, except you don’t. Number of little fishing expeditions stays the same. More sad face.4) every now and again somebody has tipped some coffee into the pond of them poor fishies. Super speed mode activate.If somebody bothers engaging with your app at least try to make it worthwhileSo, that’s the game. Next is roaming credit. The workflow for this broken. You know it. Misleading at best with regard to activation logicOut of credit activation: This is probably a SingTel issue but for the love of all that is holy just make it that you can always get a 4G data connection to at least go thru the recharge/top up process. Like any other major global telco.Lastly, it is a bit cheeky to order the usage of data credits the way it is. If I buy a 7 day multi gig credit and still have 3 days left on my ultimate plan I’d really prefer to use the data on the first one to expire without having to go thru my 7 day first.HmmmThat’s my two cents worth.
