Believe me when I said I scrolled through Shopee every single day even when I have nothing to buy in mind. The cheaper price compared to others and the free shipping voucher is hard for me to resist!However, it would be great if this app can add more filters option like the colour of the product or the length of the clothing (e.g. skirt length, sleeve length). This would definitely help my searching experience much better and faster.Another thing that I would like to suggest is regarding the refund & return process. I know that Shopee is providing customers with free return using Poslaju but it would be great if you can add other couriers like J\&T , DHL , Ninja Van or even through Grab Delivery where the rider will pick up the item and return it to the nearest Shopee hub/shipping courier for free. Trust me, this will be really helpful during this pandemic where we are required to limit our movement by staying at home. I demand a free return here because it is not the customers' fault that we received a damaged/wrong product. We paid for the correct item and we want what we paid for. Other than that, Shopee also have features like “coins back” and “earn coins” for consumer to use coins or gain coins by purchasing products or reviewing products. So needless to say I can save a lot of money not only from free shipping (T\&C) and promotions but also from the coins you’ve earn could be use to deduct a few \$\$ off your total purchase. Note that if products received are dented or damaged it is due to the unintended lack of care from courier or the lack of secure packaging from the seller itself. Additionally, Shopee will randomly choose courier services for seller before, but from my order history mostly are J\&T Express, initially satisfactory but gradually declining in quality J\&T Express. Disappointingly, Shopee rarely switches to alternative courier services. Maybe Maybe there is some unknown cooperative relationship between Shopee and J\&T Express? Recently, Shopee finally change the courier service to Shopee Express. BUT, since the shift to Shopee Express, the situation has worsened! My parcel showed delivered on 28 May 2021 but the parcel is invisible. Just to share my experience, i bought other thing on the same day i purchase thing from this seller and from China also. But i received earlier than expected scheduled. If is true that all items will be hold by custom for sanitization purpose, i was wondering why i can get it earlier. i feel i’m wasting time of waiting since i’ve plan to give the item to my friend as a birthday gift but end up like this. I just want to highlight that,please improve your tracking movement as i see it is not so robust. Yes i understand due to MCO delivery might be late due to the situation. But the thing is, your system show item will received on xx date and it gave hope to buyer. Eventually, when it come to the date,no item were received and system still show same information. Just put a remarks column to indicate each movement of parcel. Please take note on this. This experience makes me feel trauma to purchased items from China. I will share this experience also to others people out there so they will take note also.
