The parade starts at 4th & Pike and ends at 2nd Ave & Denny Way. All parade contingent members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as defined by CDC guidelines), or to have a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours. - Proof of vaccination or negative PCR test must be present with each participant; this can be in the form of a picture of verification, vaccine card, phone app., etc. - Parade participants under the age of five (5) years old are required to have a negative PCR test within 48 hours. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is required that your proof of vaccination or negative PCR COVID-19 test be kept on your person. Staging Details: Contingent Number: 89 Staging Window Time: - Vehicles: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM - Marchers: 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM Staging Area: On 4th Avenue from Spring Street and Madison Street Approach Instructions: Approach on Madison Street, from 5th Avenue, towards 4th Avenue.
