Use the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Aviation Consumer Protection (OACP) Form below to file a complaint, comment, or compliment concerning your air travel experience when using or attempting to use an airline’s or travel agency’s services.
Complaints should be filed with OACP when an airline or travel agency is not able to resolve an air travel problem to your satisfaction. OACP encourages you to first contact the airline or travel agency for help with an air travel problem as these entities may be able to take care of the problem on the spot.
When you file a complaint, comment, or compliment with OACP, OACP will ensure that the appropriate airline or travel agency receives it. OACP will also direct that entity to respond directly to you with a copy to OACP when a complaint is filed.
