阿努德公主在仪式上表示，科威特中国文化中心在试运行的两年间举办了一系列丰富多彩的文化和艺术交流活动。这些活动进一步促进了两国人民之间的友好往来和文化交流。 刘翔表示，作为海湾地区首家中国文化中心，它既是中科友好的象征，也是促进两国人文交流的重要平台。科威特中国文化中心以中国领导人提出的全球文明倡议为指引，致力于落实中科领导人重要共识，积极推动文化交流和文明对话。文化交流带来情感相通和思想共鸣，为双边关系发展注入源源不断的动力。
