在12月2日召开的国家卫健委新闻发布会上，北京中医药大学东方医院儿科主任吴力群介绍，冬季儿童呼吸道感染，比如流感、肺炎支原体、细菌或是其他的病毒感染以后，儿童除了发热以外，常常会出现咳嗽的症状。 “在进行相应的抗感染、抗病毒治疗以后，往往会遗留一个症状就是咳嗽，有部分儿童咳嗽咳痰的症状会持续很长的时间，这类情况中医认为是由于疾病后期余邪未尽，正气已伤。”吴力群说。 那么，如何有效缓解咳咳咳？  吴力群介绍，中医采用辨证论治的方法，可以采用内服或者外治的方法，清解余邪、扶助正气、健脾化痰、止咳化痰。其中，内服的药物包括根据患儿个体的情况开取的中药或者中成药。外治的方法比如拔罐、穴位推拿等。 如果孩子咳嗽时间比较长，吴力群建议也可以采用食疗的方法。具体如下 ↓  在11月26日召开的国家卫健委新闻发布会上，广州中医药大学副校长、广东省中医院院长张忠德也对孩子康复后一直咳嗽的情况作出解答。 张忠德介绍，从中医角度而言，儿童是“稚阴稚阳”的体质，疾病刚刚好的时候，脾胃功能比较脆弱，这时候有些家长比较着急，会给孩子吃补品，过多了就容易增加脾胃的负担，引起咳嗽。还有一种情况，孩子发烧后，38度、39度，家长都想6小时、5小时后退烧且不反弹，这时用药很猛。“太过苦寒或者太过热，就容易‘关门留寇’，风寒或者风热之邪祛不干净。” 对此，张忠德建议家长在治疗咳嗽之前，先分辨清楚孩子的情况是属于风热还是风寒。具体如下 ↓  还有一些咳嗽的患者，本来已经好了，吃了一点水果、冷饮后咳嗽又加重了。 这是怎么回事呢？ 张忠德介绍，很多家长很注重给孩子吃水果、青菜，但是物极必反，如果只吃这些食物，加之患者体质如果比较寒凉，食用后就容易咳。尤其一到晚上，更容易咳嗽、流鼻涕、出汗。所以家长要判断清楚后给孩子正确的食疗方法。
