来源：中国消费者报 麟评居住大数据研究院近日发布的百城二手房市场报告显示，5月100个重点城市二手住宅市场均价为13956元/平方米，环比下跌0.53%，同比下跌3.53%，同比跌幅较上月收窄0.35个百分点，同比跌幅连续9个月收窄。 具体来看，5月一线城市房价相对坚挺。报告显示，5月一线城市二手房市场均价为54875元/平方米，环比下跌0.16%，同比下跌2.06%；二线城市市场均价为16574元/平方米，环比下跌0.89%，同比下跌3.95%；三四线城市市场均价为8889元/平方米，环比、同比分别下跌0.16%、3.57%。 报告指出，5月一线城市的环比跌幅收窄0.44个百分点，同比跌幅收窄0.21个百分点。主要得益于上海、深圳的房价稳中有升，5月份分别上升0.5%、0.1%。同比方面，一线城市房价同比跌幅最小，价格表现比较坚挺。 另外，房价涨跌分布不均的现象仍比较明显。报告显示，环比涨幅前10的城市，涨幅普遍在1%—1.8%之间，主要聚集在部分二线及三四线城市。其中，呼和浩特（1.77%）、廊坊（1.71%）和张家口（1.48%）位居涨幅前三位。
