萌出性龈炎多由于牙萌出时牙龈不适，孩子用手指、玩具等触摸或咬嚼而致牙龈黏膜损伤所致。在乳牙和第一恒磨牙萌出时常出现的暂时性牙龈炎。表现为沿牙冠的牙龈组织充血，但无明显的自觉症状，随着牙齿的萌出而渐渐自愈。 　　2.不洁性龈炎 多见于3～5岁不能掌握正确的刷牙方法，口腔卫生较差的儿童。乳前牙和乳磨牙的唇颊侧症状明显，龈缘和龈乳头红肿易出血，局部有牙垢和食物残渣附着。应及时局部洁治，控制感染，请家长协助保持口腔清洁卫生，预后一般良好。 　　3.牙列拥挤性龈炎 由于牙列拥挤、排列不齐而引起的。牙列不齐使口腔的自洁作用差，刷牙不便。食物残渣容易滞留而刺激牙龈发炎。替牙期的牙列不齐是暂时的，自行调整后就不再影响牙龈，但应注意口腔卫生。需正畸矫治的牙列不齐和拥挤，经矫治后炎症会减轻或消失。 　　4.青春发育期龈炎 Boilerpipe Text	问：得了牙龈炎除了进行洗牙外、按时刷牙、注意口腔卫生外，有没有具体一些的治疗办法，如何有效用药？我女儿现在正在矫正牙齿，带着牙套，可牙龈出现了问题，我该怎么办？　　答：牙龈炎防治的重点是正确刷牙、漱口，有效控制菌斑、消除软垢和食物残渣，增强生理刺激，以使口腔和牙颌系统有一个清洁健康的良好环境，从而达到发挥其生理功能，增进口腔健康的目的。若有牙齿排列不齐、牙列拥挤等畸形应及时作正畸矫治。　　1.萌出性龈炎萌出性龈炎多由于牙萌出时牙龈不适，孩子用手指、玩具等触摸或咬嚼而致牙龈黏膜损伤所致。在乳牙和第一恒磨牙萌出时常出现的暂时性牙龈炎。表现为沿牙冠的牙龈组织充血，但无明显的自觉症状，随着牙齿的萌出而渐渐自愈。　　2.不洁性龈炎多见于3～5岁不能掌握正确的刷牙方法，口腔卫生较差的儿童。乳前牙和乳磨牙的唇颊侧症状明显，龈缘和龈乳头红肿易出血，局部有牙垢和食物残渣附着。应及时局部洁治，控制感染，请家长协助保持口腔清洁卫生，预后一般良好。　　3.牙列拥挤性龈炎由于牙列拥挤、排列不齐而引起的。牙列不齐使口腔的自洁作用差，刷牙不便。食物残渣容易滞留而刺激牙龈发炎。替牙期的牙列不齐是暂时的，自行调整后就不再影响牙龈，但应注意口腔卫生。需正畸矫治的牙列不齐和拥挤，经矫治后炎症会减轻或消失。　　4.青春发育期龈炎发生于小学的高年级和中学的低年级学生。易发生于月经初潮期的女学生，这与其内分泌的变化有关。其特点是患儿口腔卫生良好，而牙龈有出血增生的倾向。患儿因怕触及牙龈出血而不愿刷牙，以致口腔卫生不良而加重病情。患儿应注意口腔卫生，用漱口液漱口、碘甘油局部外涂治疗。一般在机体黄体酮分泌开始增多后自然痊愈。了解育儿知识，看育儿博文和论坛，上手机新浪网亲子频道 baby.sina.cn
